Returns We want every Velshade customer to be happy with their purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Important Conditions The original Velshade brand tag must remain attached. Do not remove or cut the tag attached with the plastic fastener (tag pin). Products with the tag removed, cut, detached, or reattached will not be eligible for return or exchange. The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or signs of use. Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection. Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
