At Velshade, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and artistic craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.
Hassle-Free Returns
Customers can request a return or exchange directly through the "Orders" section of their account on our website. Simply log in, select the order you wish to exchange or return, and follow the guided instructions to submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
CRITICAL: Mandatory Uncut Parcel Opening Video
An uncut, continuous parcel opening / unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests (especially for claims of defect, physical transit damage, or incorrect items).
- Video must start before tearing open the parcel, showing the courier label & tracking barcode clearly.
- Must be completely uncut and unedited with no pauses from opening to inspecting the garment.
- Must show brand tags intact and garment inside its original frosted zip-lock pouch.

Strict Quality & Hygiene Acceptance Criteria:
- Mandatory Uncut Opening Video: A continuous opening video showing the sealed courier package being opened must be sent to our WhatsApp or email.
- Original Brand Tags Attached: The garment tags and security loop must be completely intact and uncut. Items with detached, cut, or reattached tags cannot be accepted.
- Frosted Zip-Lock Packaging Cover: The tee must be returned in the original Velshade frosted zipper bag that it was delivered in.
- Pristine, Odor-Free Condition: Garments must be strictly unwashed, unworn, and free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, body spray, or sweat) and stains.
- 3-Day Window: Requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery.
• Free Size Exchanges: Need a different size or fit? Size exchanges are 100% complimentary and free of charge. We pick up the original tee and dispatch your replacement at zero extra cost.
• Refunds & Reverse Courier Deduction: If you request a return for a refund rather than an exchange, a nominal reverse courier & handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your total order refund amount. The remaining balance will be credited directly to your original payment method / bank account within 5–7 business days following warehouse inspection.
Please note: If a delivered item is defective, physically damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, reverse shipping is 100% free with zero deductions upon verification of the uncut unboxing video.
